The Aim of Boot Camp
Boot Camp will be a vigorous class, designed to push you hard in order to improve your overall fitness and strength through a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises (with a bit of running thrown in for good measure!).
Who is it for
Although Boot Camp can be quite an intimidating class, it is designed to suit all ages and levels of fitness. Dan, your instructor will push you but keep the intensity levels appropriate to the individual.
What does it Involve
A boot camp style class will vary from week to week. One week you may be doing a circuit based class, the next a variety of partner based activities. What will always happen is that you will be pushed and you will work hard!

Dan has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2002, during which time he has taught a wide variety of classes. His extensive knowledge and experience allows him to provide an extremely effective and adaptable class that suits the needs and abilities of all who attend.
Dan, runs hugely successful Boot Camp sessions in other areas and is keen to add Maypole Health to this.
