The Aim of Fitness Circuit Training

A class specifically designed to increase overall levels of fitness including upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Who is it for

Anyone aged 65 + who is interested in improving their overall fitness and strength, improving their core stability and improving their flexibility.

What does it Involve

A variety of gentle exercises, using your body weight and equipment, designed to improve all aspects of fitness.

Dan will carefully adapt the class to ensure all attendees are working to a level that they feel comfortable with and will choose exercises suitable for the needs of each individual.

About Dan Preston

Dan has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2002, during which time he has taught a wide variety of classes. His extensive knowledge and experience allows him to provide an extremely effective and adaptable class that suits the needs and abilities of all who attend.

Dan is also available for 1:1 or 1:2 core stability classes and you can visit Dan in the clinic should you require massage or information on rehabilitation following surgery, accidents or reoccurring injuries.
